Phase one of the plan had already been completed. Kurt's mind had been wiped. He didn't know who he was. Also, a great deal of general knowledge was removed. Everything he had learned since attending the fourth grade.
He was now ready from phase two. His body would be transformed to be a duplicate of little Nikki Taylor. (Pictures of Nikki were shown on the monitor and were televised in his goggles so he couldn't avoid seeing them. Facts about Nikki's life were spoken into his ears.) Nikki age 10 had gone missing several months ago. She is presumed dead by the police, but her parents refuse to give up hope. They are very distraught.
When Kurt wakes up, he will look identical to Nikki. She won't know who she is. That is when phase three would go into effect. Jennifer (Kurt's abused girlfriend) would see to it that the new Nikki is brought to the proper authorities. The police would see to it that Nikki would be reunited with her parents. Everyone would be overjoyed.
Jennifer hoped that a new start being brought up as a girl with caring parents would prevent the former Kurt from becoming the same scumbag that Jennifer had known.
